Because Brawley Police Department police officers have to deal with these criminal street gangsters on a daily basis, many such Brawley police officers become jaded; so jaded that they treat basically law-abiding civilians like criminal street gangsters. For example, often Brawley Police Department police officers will order motorists stopped for minor traffic violations exit their vehicles, submit to pat-down searches of their persons, submit to searches of their vehicles, submit to being handcuffed, prone-out on the street or sit-down on the curb. When that happens, basically law-abiding civilians are not only taken aback, but they also often verbally protest or verbally challenge those degrading police orders or actions.

Notwithstanding that verbal protest or verbal challenge is constitutionally protected conduct (See, City of Houston v. Hill, 482 U.S. 451 (1987)), when Brawley Police Department police officers deem one in “Contempt of Cop“, they will often then beat, tase, pepper-spray, and falsely arrest and maliciously prosecute those law-abiding civilians for “resistance offenses” such as violation of Cal. Penal Code § 69 (resisting officer with force), Cal. Penal Code § 148(a)(1) (resisting/delaying/obstructing a officer), Cal. Penal Code § 240/241 (assault on officer), Cal. Penal Code § 242 / 243(b) & (c) (battery on an officer causing injury) and Cal. Penal Code § 245(c) (assault on officer with weapon). This is not lefty propaganda; this is reality.

You need a unanimous jury of usually 8 jurors to vote in your favor in federal court to win your case.
