JLS in Courtroom cropped 2Police Misconduct Attorney Jerry L. Steering has been suing the police since 1984 for police brutality / excessive force, false arrests, malicious criminal prosecutions and wrongful deaths. Mr. Steering sues state and local police officers in Calabasas, California, and throughout the State of California.

The City of Calabasas contracts its police services with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, that is based out of the Lost Hills Station, located at 27050 Agoura Road, Agoura, CA 91301.

THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT IS A BRUTAL AGENCY THAT IS RUN BY DEPUTY GANGS.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is basically a combination of basically honest, basically decent deputy sheriffs, and criminal deputy street gang with badges; especially in the area of Los Angeles County with brown skin people. This is not left propaganda; this is reality.

Not all Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy sheriffs are street gangsters or anything other than good men and women trying to do a good job. However, almost all, if not all of them will not “rat out” their fellow deputies. If they do, they will need to find another profession, because they will be labelled as a rat, and will be run out of the department. Again, this is not left propaganda; this is reality.

As stated in the Report and Recommendations of the Special Counsel to Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission Regarding Deputy Gangs and Deputy Cliques in The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department:

“There is at least a half dozen, and possibly more, Deputy Gangs and Deputy Cliques currently in the Department, primarily at patrol stations. They include the Executioners, the Banditos, the Regulators, the Spartans, the Gladiators, the Cowboys and the Reapers. There are reports that new Deputy Cliques are forming as members of existing Deputy Gangs and Deputy Cliques retire or otherwise leave the Department. There is some evidence indicating that Deputy Cliques are re-emerging in the Los Angeles County jails as the 4000 Boys.”

LASD EXECUTIONERS TATTOO - captioned 2Some of these deputy gangs, such as the Compton Station’s “Executioners” gang, require their “prospects” to actually murder a civilian on the job to be admitted to that gang. Again, this is not left propaganda; this is reality.

Once a deputy murders and innocent and is admitted to the “Executioners” gang, they have “inking parties”, where the new member gets his Executioners station tattoo.

ALTHOUGH CALABASAS IS AN AFFLUENT COMMUNITY, DON’T BE SURPRISED IF ONE OF THESE LASD DEPUTY GANGSTERS ENDS UP ASSIGNED TO THE MISSION HILLS STATION THAT PATROLS CALABASAS.

Given that Calabasas is an affluent residential area, one would not expect any of these deputy gangsters to effect a traffic stop upon these nice suburban Calabasas residents and treat them like a gang member. However, although you can take the gangster out of the ghetto, you cannot take the ghetto out of the gangster; especially LASD deputy gangsters, that are either white or Hispanic deputies.

You may be totally innocent, or have committed a de minimis traffic infraction, and get stopped by one of these transplanted deputy gangsters. Don’t be surprised when you are ordered to get out of your car at gunpoint, frisked for weapons, and made to sit down on the curb while the deputy searches your car.

When you verbally protest or verbally challenge the deputies’ action, don’t be surprised when the deputy tases you, or pepper-sprays you, or tackles you or hits you with his/her baton. Again, this is not lefty propaganda. When that happens, don’t be surprised when you are arrested for some imaginary “resistance offense”, taken to jail and thereafter charged with some “resistance offense” in court.

Again, this is not left propaganda; this is reality. In fact, if you are reading this web page, it is probably your reality.

Screen Capture from LA ABC 7 Interview of JLS on Jovan Jimenez caseConstitutional Rights only exist to the extent that you can enforce them. After all, a right without a real world practical remedy is no right at all.

A right that you cannot practically enforce simply does not exist for you.

If for whatever reason, you cannot get 8 cop-loving jurors to unanimously vote for you in federal court in your Police Misconduct Civil Rights case, it doesn’t matter what the law says, or what the jury instructions say, or even what the evidence shows. All that does matter is whether those 8 cop-loving jurors unanimously vote for you and condemn the police at your trial. Otherwise, you have no constitutional rights because you have no way to enforce them.

Jerry L. Steering has been suing the police since 1984. He has the experience, the knowledge and the savvy to maximize your chances of actually winning your case and winning is the only thing that matters.

As the saying goes: “The young lawyer knows the law, but the old lawyer knows the Judge”.
