As the old saying goes, “The young lawyer knows the law, but the old lawyer knows the Judge”.

THE POLICE IN TWENTYNINE PALMS ARE OFTEN BRUTAL AND ARE INSTITUTIONALLY DISHONEST.

San Bernardino County is the largest geographical county in the United States of America.

Although the western part of San Bernardino County has a significant number of population centers (i.e. the City of San Bernardino, population approximately 225,000), most of San Bernardino County is rural.

San Beranrdino County Sheriff's Dept SWAT 2In rural areas of San Bernardino County, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department often believes that your constitutional rights are a petty inconvenience and give them little weight.

Remember, the only rights that we have in this world are those rights that we can enforce, since a right without a remedy is no right at all. You can only enforce those rights by first winning the bogus “resistance offense” criminal case filed against you for verbally protesting police orders or actions.

Thereafter, when you sue the police who tried to frame you for some bogus “resistance offense”, you have to convince a federal court jury to unanimously vote for you and to condemn the police.

It doesn’t matter what the law states, or what the jury instructions say, or what the Judge says, or even what the evidence shows, if a federal jury of mostly white cop-loving jurors are not going to unanimously vote for you and condemn the police.

In Twentynine Palms, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department runs wild. There is no one there to control them, especially the judiciary.

Justice William Brennan Jr.You technically have a right to verbally protest or verbally challenge police actions or orders: “The freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.” Houston v. Hill, 482 U.S. 451 (1987), Brennan, J.

However, if you do verbally protest or verbally challenge police actions or orders in San Bernardino County, you will likely end-up beaten or tased or pepper-sprayed, and falsely arrested and thereafter prosecuted for some “resistance offense”, such as violation of Cal. Penal Code § 69 (resisting officer with force), Cal. Penal Code § 148(a)(1) (resisting/delaying/obstructing a officer), Cal. Penal Code § 240/241 (assault on officer), Cal. Penal Code § 242 / 243(b) & (c) (battery on officer causing injury) and Cal. Penal Code § 245(c) (assault on officer with weapon).

Therefore, if the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department stops you in Twentynine Palms, just shut your mouth, do what they tell you to do, don’t complain or protest, and you probably will not be arrested for some fabricated “resistance offense”.
