As the old saying goes, “The young lawyer knows the law, but the old lawyer knows the Judge”. THE POLICE IN SAN DIMAS ARE OFTEN BRUTAL AND ARE INSTITUTIONALLY DISHONEST. San Dimas is a city in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, California with a population of approximately 36,000 residents. The City of San Dimas contracts its police services with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, that deploys out of the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station located at 270 S. Walnut Avenue, San Dimas, California. Demographically the City of San Dimas is 26.7% Hispanic, 71.1% White, 10.1% Asian and 1.2% are Black or African American. San Dimas Rifa Street Gang. It is common knowledge that the larger the White population of Los Angeles County cities, the smaller number of criminal street gangs. It’s just a fact of life no matter how politically incorrect this sounds. Although the City of San Dimas is more than 71% White, it still has its share of criminal street gangs such as Puente 13 and Bassett Grande; Puente 13; a multigenerational gang comprised of more than 1,000 documented members. The Puente 13 street gang is believed to engage in narcotics trafficking and “tax” collection, among other illicit undertakings. The Bassett Grande street gang is the primary rival of the Puente 13 street gang. It has more than 300 documented members. See, Civil action targets rival San Gabriel Valley gangs, L.A.Co. In large part because the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has to deal with 200,000 street gang members in Los Angeles County, the Sheriff’s Department has taken on its own street gang mentality, and has become “The Badest Gang In Town”. In many, if not most of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department stations are run by real deal criminal gangs of deputy sheriffs; no joke. Some of these Sheriff’s Department station gangs actually require that deputies wanting admittance to the station gang actually murder a civilian on the job, such as the East Los Angeles “Bandidos” gang and the Compton Station “Executioners” gang. Again, this is no joke. See, The Murderous Police Gangs of Los Angeles, The Gravel Institute. See also, The L.A. County Sheriff’s Deputy-Gang Crisis, The New Yorker, May 30, 2022 and Compton Executioners deputy gang lied about guns and hosted inking parties, deputy says, Los Angeles Times, Aug. 21, 2020. Although the California Legislature officially banned police gangs in 2021 with the enactment of Cal. Pen. Code § 13670, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department have taken no actions to disband its many criminal station gangs.
