As the old saying goes, “The young lawyer knows the law, but the old lawyer knows the Judge”.

THE POLICE IN PACIOMA ARE OFTEN BRUTAL AND ARE INSTITUTIONALLY DISHONEST.

Pacoima street gang photoPacoima is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. It is demographically diverse neighborhood, with 44% white residents, 44% Hispanic residents and 4% Black persons of African descent.

Pacoima is also the home of no less than 20 street gangs, including:

  1. Dead End Boys
  2. Latin Times Pacoima
  3. Pacoima, aka Pacas
  4. Pacoima Brown Stoner Locos
  5. Pacoima Cayuga Street Locos
  6. Pacoima Criminals
  7. Pacoima Crazy Boys
  8. Pacoima Flats
  9. Pacoima Goleta Street
  10. Pacoima Humphrey Boyz
  11. Pacoima Ilex Street
  12. Pacoima Knock Knock Boys
  13. Pacoima Lev Boys
  14. Pacoima Paxton Street Locos
  15. Pacoima Pierce Street Boys (PPB / PPSB)
  16. Pacoima Project Boyz, aka Paca Project Boys

LAPD Batting Practice in the ParkBecause of this horrendous Hispanic Street gang problem in Pacoima, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has become hypervigilant in the Pacoima area. The LAPD officers become bitter and numb to the plight of those innocent residents of Pacoima whom they are there to protect from these criminal street gangs, and often treat the innocent as if they were criminal street gang members.

Having brown skin does not mean that one is a criminal street gangster, but in Pacoima, the LAPD might think that your brown skin at least entitles them to stop you in the street or pull you over in your vehicle, search your person, your vehicle and your belongings, and, if there is any verbal protest by you to LAPD’s treatment of you, being taken to jail on some trumped-up bogus “resistance offense”, such as  violation of Cal. Penal Code § 69 (resisting officer with force), Cal. Penal Code § 148(a)(1) (resisting/delaying/obstructing a officer), Cal. Penal Code § 240/241 (assault on officer), Cal. Penal Code § 242 / 243(b) & (c) (battery on officer causing injury) and Cal. Penal Code § 245(c) (assault on officer with weapon).
